- Multiple Web Browsers – Different systems will run faster on different web browsers. If you have various clients that use different systems having numerous browsers will help you find which one they work best on.
- A quiet place to work – Being able to work from home is one of the many advantages of being a Virtual Assistant. Ensure that you have a quiet, organized and personalized workspace to keep yourself productive.
- Pens or Pencils – Take notes! Always have a pen or pencil handy to keep records, phone numbers and anything you need.
- Notebook – Keep a notebook handy to write down things to do and people to call.
- Agenda/Planner – Keep organized! Whether it is on your phone, a book you keep or a poster on your wall, keep a calendar. Write down what you need to do, due dates and anything else you need to keep track of.
