Training Solutions for Organizations, Employers, and Entrepreneurs
CanScribe builds training solutions for organizations that need curriculum, a platform, and student systems without building a training department first. Onboard new hires, expand an existing college catalogue, or launch a school under your own name.

We Built a College. You Can Use It.
Most organizations that need training do not need a training department. They need the curriculum, the platform, and the systems that already work.
CanScribe has spent 23 years building online career training from the ground up: 400+ courses, 18 certificate and diploma programs, a learning platform, and the admissions and student support systems that keep people enrolled and finishing. All of it is available to organizations, whether you are onboarding new hires, expanding an existing college catalogue, or launching a school of your own.
The work of building that infrastructure is already done and already paid for. What we license, configure, and hand over is a running system, not a proposal.
Track record
Why Organizations Work With CanScribe
CanScribe was the first online Canadian college to receive designation through PTIRU, formerly PTIB. Our programs are not theoretical outlines. They have been delivered to thousands of students, revised through real completion and employment data, and held to provincial standards.
- Curriculum that has already been taught, marked, and revised, not a set of outlines waiting for a subject matter expert
- Programs built to satisfy a provincial regulator, which is the same evidence most accreditation submissions ask for
- A learning platform already configured for enrolment, progress tracking, assessment, and completion
- Admissions and student support systems built around keeping learners enrolled and finishing
- Content spanning healthcare, business, information technology, environmental sciences, and language studies
- A team that has run the operational side of a college for more than two decades, not only written the courses
You can review the full catalogue on our online college courses page, read more about the institution on our about CanScribe page, or verify our standing directly with the Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit.
Choose a path
Our Business Solutions
Four engagements, one starting conversation. Most organizations arrive knowing roughly which one they need, and a few discover they need a smaller piece of it than they expected.
Start a Career College
Everything a career college needs, except the founder. Launch under your own name in months instead of years.
- Curriculum ready to deliver
- A configured learning management system
- A CRM with pre-built email campaigns and follow-up automation
- Student application and intake forms
- A launch-ready website
- Branding available
License Our Curriculum
Already running a college, training company, or corporate program? Add proven programs to your catalogue without writing a single course.
- Choose individual programs or the full catalogue
- White labelled as yours
- Documentation to support your own accreditation submissions
- Content across five faculties
Employer Training and Onboarding
One of the leading causes of employee turnover is inadequate training. We build complete onboarding programs tailored to your organization, or strengthen the one you already have.
- New employee onboarding built around your policies
- Ongoing training for staff at every level
- Management and leadership development
- Core competency training such as Microsoft 365, AI, and CRM use
Indigenous Engagement Training
A 26 hour program authored by a member of the Tla'amin Nation, available at corporate rates for teams, boards, and management groups.
- Colonial history, the Indian Act, and the Constitution Act 1982
- The residential school system, land questions, and the TRC's 94 Calls to Action
- Written by Maynard Harry, KWAST-en-ayu, former Chief Councillor of the Tla'amin Nation
- 100% online and self-paced, with fast-track completion in as little as one week
- Corporate rates for group enrolment
Fit
Who Our Training Solutions for Organizations Fit
The four solutions above serve very different organizations. Here is the honest sorting, including the situations where we are not the right answer.
This is a strong fit if you are
- An entrepreneur who wants to own a training business without spending two years writing curriculum and building systems
- An established college or training company that wants to widen its catalogue quickly and defensibly
- An employer losing good people in the first year because onboarding is thin or inconsistent
- A First Nation, band, or community organization building training capacity for members
- An association or industry body that wants credentialed training under its own name
- An HR team that wants structured, trackable training instead of a folder of PDFs
This is probably the wrong fit if you
- Need a single one hour workshop rather than a program
- Want a course on a subject outside our five faculties and are not prepared to have it developed
- Are looking for free content rather than a licensed and supported system
- Need a credential we do not hold, such as a degree-granting authority
- Want the curriculum without any obligation around how it is delivered or maintained
Process
How an Engagement Works
Every project starts the same way, whether it is a five day onboarding program or a full college launch.
Discovery call
You describe what you are trying to build, who it is for, and what already exists. We tell you plainly which of the three solutions fits, or whether none of them do.
Scope and quote
We put the pieces in writing: which programs or courses, which systems, what is branded, what is supported, and what it costs.
Build and configure
Curriculum is prepared and white labelled, the learning platform and CRM are configured, and intake forms and the website are set up where they are part of the scope.
Launch and support
You go live with your own name on the front of it. We stay available for the operational questions that only surface once real learners are in the system.
What You Are Actually Licensing
- Course content, assessments, and instructor materials
- Program structures already mapped to hours and outcomes
- A learning management system configured for your intake
- CRM workflows for enquiry, application, and follow up
- Documentation that supports a regulatory or accreditation submission
- Website and branding assets where they are part of the scope
What Stays Yours
- Your name on the school, the program, and the certificate
- Your pricing, your market, and your admissions decisions
- Your student relationships and your data
- Your ability to add your own courses alongside licensed ones
- Your brand voice across every learner touchpoint
Questions
Business Solutions FAQ
No. Licensing curriculum and holding a regulatory designation are two separate things. What you need depends on your province, your price point, and whether you are marketing career training. If you intend to seek designation, we can provide the program documentation that regulators typically ask for as part of a submission. Requirements vary, so confirm your own obligations with the regulator in your province.
Yes. Licensed curriculum is white labelled. Your organization's name goes on the program, the platform, and the certificate. Branding support is available if you do not already have an identity to apply.
Yes. Organizations license individual programs, groups of programs by faculty, or the full catalogue. Employers frequently license a handful of courses rather than a full program, particularly for onboarding and core software skills.
Five faculties: Health Sciences, Commerce, Environmental Sciences, Information Technology, and Language Studies. That spans healthcare documentation and records, dental and clinical administration, accounting, marketing, virtual assistance, financial planning, agriculture and aquaculture technology, asbestos abatement, CompTIA A+ and cybersecurity, and English as a second language. The full list is on our programs page.
Months rather than years, because the curriculum and systems already exist. The variable is your side of it: business registration, any regulatory application in your province, your branding decisions, and how much of the catalogue you are launching with. We give a timeline in writing at the scope stage rather than a number on a web page.
It depends on how much you license and how much we configure. A short onboarding build and a full college launch are not comparable, so we quote against a written scope rather than publish a price. Tell us what you are building and we will give you a real number.
Yes. Custom course development around your internal policies, procedures, and systems is a common part of an employer onboarding build, and it sits alongside licensed courses in the same platform. Details are on the employer training page.
The program is 26 hours, entirely online, and self-paced, so staff complete it on their own schedules without pulling a team off the floor. Corporate enrolment runs on a separate rate structure from individual tuition, so contact us for group pricing. Full curriculum detail is on the Indigenous Engagement Training page.
Yes. Everything is delivered online, so location is not a constraint for licensing or for employer training. If you are seeking your own regulatory designation, that is governed where you operate, and the requirements differ by province and by country.
