  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup nuts (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a medium-sized bowl mash the bananas
