Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Non-Approved Programs and Third-Party Funded Students

Refunds are based on the required student progress according to the course/program timeline or the student's actual progress if they are ahead of the timeline. Refunds apply to tuition costs only. All other fees are non-refundable.

If a student withdraws before the required progress of up to 10% of the course/program, based on the course/program timeline:

A self-funded student enrolled in a non-approved program will be due a 50% tuition refund.
A third-party funder will be due a 50% tuition refund for any funded student.

Any withdrawal after progress of 11% or more, whether according to the course/program timeline or the student's actual progress, will result in no refund being due or payable.
