It’s also been realized that sitting can actually decrease your lifespan. For those of us require a computer to work, it’s important to ensure you are taking the right steps to avoid bone, joints, or muscle injury.
A standing desk is a great remedy for the “sitting disease.” Standing desks allow you to either sit or stand, taking strain away from your lower back.
